Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every order placed on LOVECLOTHES.shop, a trading name of Explosive Beatz Limited, Birmingham, United Kingdom. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you an order confirmation. If a piece is unavailable, mispriced or cannot be produced, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Where you shop in another currency, the amount taken is converted at checkout and any tax due is calculated from your delivery address. Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment provider; we never store your card details.
Made to order and delivery
Every garment is produced after you order it, so production time is added to delivery time. Estimated dates shown on the site are guidance, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and a further 14 days to return the item, with the exclusions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy — including pierced jewellery, personalised pieces and unsealed hygiene items.
Product descriptions
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and small variations are natural in made-to-order production.
Discount codes and tickets
Discount codes are single use unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Event tickets are sold subject to the organiser's own terms and are generally non-refundable.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

LOVECLOTHES.shop is a trading name of Explosive Beatz Limited, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 8671095. Business address: Unit E2, Castle Vale Enterprise Park, Park Lane, Castle Vale, Birmingham, B35 6LJ. Our registered office address is filed on the public register at Companies House and is available there or in writing on request. Returns must not be sent to either address — contact us first and we will issue the correct return address for your piece.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Complaints are always welcome first through our Contact page — we would rather fix it.
